Experienced person needed A.S.A.P. - Must have a valid California driver's license, a dependable vehicle, Must have a good steady work history. Must be able to lift 75 pounds, must be able to perform shovel work, assist others, on roads and ground asphalt maintenance & ground clean up, some cement and concrete work, painting, landscaping, lay pipe if required, sewer clean up, some electrical skills required, detail vehicles when needed, assist in performing preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Clear plumbing stoppages, installation and adjustments of irrigation systems. Building maintenance-vacuum floors, dust furniture, strips and waxes floors, shampoos carpets, clean windows. Other duties will follow. **Background check and drug test required. 10th grade education level required. |
